Terms of Service

Effective March 16, 2026

LoopMastering is built to make online mastering straightforward, and these terms are meant to be read the same way.

They explain what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how future paid plans will work in a simple, practical way.

Using LoopMastering

LoopMastering lets you upload music, process it through our mastering workflow, and listen to or download the results we make available to you.

You are responsible for your account, for the people who use it, and for activity that happens under it. Please keep your login details private and use accurate account information.

Your audio and your rights

You keep ownership of the audio you upload. We do not claim ownership of your songs, mixes, stems, artwork, or other material you send through the service.

By uploading anything, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use it here and to let us process it for you.

The license you give us

You give us a limited license to store, copy, process, master, preview, deliver, secure, and troubleshoot your uploads only as needed to run and support the service.

That license is not a transfer of ownership, and it does not let us sell your music or use your uploads for unrelated purposes.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything illegal, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or intentionally disruptive.

  • Do not upload audio or other content you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not try to break, probe, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass limits in the service.
  • Do not upload malware, scripts, or anything meant to damage other users, our systems, or third-party systems.

Payments and plans

We may offer one-off purchases, recurring subscriptions, or both. When we do, the price, features, limits, and billing cadence shown at checkout or on the pricing page will control.

If a plan renews automatically, we will say so when you sign up. Canceling stops future renewals, but it does not rewrite charges that already went through. Fees are generally non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise or we say otherwise.

Availability and mastering results

Mastering is part software, part source-material reality. We aim for strong, usable results, but we cannot promise that every track will land exactly where you want it or that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may change, pause, or remove features, limits, formats, or plans when needed to improve the product, protect the service, or respond to legal or operational issues.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access, remove content, cancel orders, or close accounts if we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, infringement, non-payment, security risk, or behavior that could harm the service or other people.

You can stop using the service at any time. Some uploaded or account records may remain for legal, security, billing, or backup reasons for a reasonable period.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as-is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime, a particular business outcome, or that every master will fit every creative goal.

To the extent the law allows, LoopMastering is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. If something goes wrong, our direct responsibility will be limited to a reasonable amount tied to the specific paid service at issue.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. By continuing to use LoopMastering after an update, you agree to the revised terms.

Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact Us link in the footer.
